how to save vitality?

I want to save my vitality for next vit. events but I find it really hard to save. I need to do trials, I need to do evolution (evulotion is vit fcker). can you guys help me?

Sigh.. this was my problem my friend, I was all about Evolution, hell I was the highest into it at 1 point xD

anyways, you can stop them all ! BUT stop at the point where you are strong, you see, I stopped and started to save vit for when I was already strong (pretty much a month ago, where my Main was like 280kBP or something idk, could 1-shot anything) so it was fine for me to skip trials and shit and not do evo (I was already so far into Evo too, so it didn't matter that much for me)

Pretty much, you just don't spend your vit on anything, just continue saving, though it is hard to not do trials or evo, you just, don't do them xD

I am level 55 120k bp. it must be hard and too early for me to save vitality maybe. I will try to save I can by doing evo and some trials. looks like 50-60 vit per day is good for me for now

Think of saving after you're into the 80s to 90s... you need to keep evolving yourself and your BP so saving vitality would only slow you down.

yeahh, just wait till a way higher lvl, don't worry about it now!

if you want my side on it, I actually started saving vit last month, so I was at late lvl 90's there (lvl 98/99/100) so I was able to save vit without worrying about me lacking in overall power ^^

i started saving a while ago i only have 6.5k vit but man you start to notice the drag in leveling time and the bp starts slowing down but there are free things you can do when you're in the 90's that really help reach for the stars lol
