as much at it takes,  that's why I asked the question, because B rukia looks to me like the better choice,  althrough I'd like both, lol

IMO, it depends on the case. Some are more suited for Pve, some for Pvp.
I would go for B.Rukia since she can dominate vang-based formations and look incredibly cute while doing it but if somebody runs a decent 0-3-2 (a.k.a. heavy spender) well you are screwed.  She also has a 200% growth rate AoE skill, making her useful in some other situations too.

Kirio is the fastest character in the game. She has the strongest ability in the game. She is 1/4th the cost of Rukia. She hard counters Rukia.

There are like tons of threads about her with more info. But that is the just of it.

If that's Ultima Aizen as SWP, I'd like to say he's the best for what he can do

Kirio is better by speed, which is pretty much everything in this game and her invincibility to the whole damn team is quite beautiful

I'd like to say a draw between those 2, I mean, B.Rukia is there too, but a super strong assaulter can counter her, unlike Ultima Aizen

I can't vote for one, but it's those 2, then it depends on who you want/need if that's the case

yeah,  swp is ultima.  and he WILL almost defiantly be in my party when I get enough stuff for him, but that won't be for quite a while TBH
and I'd guess with him, B rukia is almost redundant...
being that I'm working to swap to a 1-1-3 for pvp.  Kirio could take Isshin's place there...
that would put me at Soph Rang, main, Shini Kieske, Tavern Gin/D. Toshi (in a few weeks), Kirio

yeah, I could see that working nicely with my control set up...hobble people before they get to skill, then control/disarm/silence them so they can't do it again...   something to think of for sure...
