I think he need just 1 more to fully moded, but i guess s yoruichi need less fragments.

her 5th mod needs 1150 frags. ;)
oh btw if chinen's got mug's 6th mod ie 15% block rate to allies, i would just like to confirm if it adds that 15% over a partner who has already got his cap extended by his individual mod.
though i am sure it wont but just would like to check . if he has a vg who has surpassed block then can you check that vg's block rate n let me know?
