Question to Admins

I had a problem recently that i reported via mail to [email protected] i just here to find out if i can expect a response from them there or if i should post my problem here. I saw the "Announcement on account hacking" post and i can assure you my account was not hacked because i didnt share my account information with anyone so please dont ignore my report and pass it up as me being careless. I sent the report by mail  yesterday ‎(Wednesday, ‎September ‎17, ‎2014) when can i expect a response if there will be one?

How long do i have to wait exactly? im trying to be patient by not sending more emails or posting in forum, i hope they plan to inform me of what they plan to do even if that is nothing so i would know to stop looking.

Should be a few days at most, though they don't work Sat/Sun. If you didn't get an answer try sending another e-mail.

i tried to claim my 7th day reward today but it sent me back to day one what do I do it tells me when I get back to 7 days I wont even get ichigo when I didn't get him in the first place
