Momo can bypass the opponent vanguard and attack the assult line and has a chance of stunning the opponent assult line so she is very useful for PVP
Rukia can recover her own fury and regen your assult line fury by 30 points which is best suited to PVE events like Evil Spirit and Ryoka, Rukia won't become godly until partner mods is release in the NA/EU server
you really should of gotten Orihime while you were in the lvl 30 range to save yourself time on leveling her up as she was needed early game.
