Right before the server reset on Nov 1st, I topped up. When I logged in this morning after the reset, all of the points I had for the Halloween event were gone. I now have 0 points. What happened? Why did they disappear as I had not used them? I tried emailing Online Support but I got an automatic response stating that the email was full. Where can I go to get assistance?
