I am new to server 36 on facebook. I can't merge my facebook with gogames ; Also , I haven't recieved my 3 day bonus in beauty game and i have been playing for 6 days signing in everyday. There is also a bug where i can't recieve ichigo and gegetsuburi zanpaktu or any of the other bonuses that helps when you are a new player , Like purple and gold reishi packs you get for the 7day sign-in and hogu packs. please help i have also sent in an email to support@gogames with no response .... my Character name on the us facebook server is Soul_Terror ... If customer support can respond to my post or email that would be great
I´m not on the Facebook servers though I can tell you that the bug your are speaking of is quite common. Most people just deal with it or they go to a different server.
it's pretty lame , i guess i will deal with it , but the lack of customer support here is making me think . I think i will use my money to top up in shini where customer support actually helps and answers questions instead of saying screw it
