About Ishin skill como

Because i noticed that Ishin almost always DOESN"T do his combo skill, i thought i would play 10 games in arena , and see how it goes. Results of 10 games playing , my ishin is my fastest partner and T1 and i played against a opponent who is slower than me: Ishin never did his combo skill in first round of all 10 games , and second skill round he only twice did his combo skill out of 10 times. I'm on evo 11. Has anyone with Ishin noticed that . Even if you play 5 games, he should be able to let assaulter combo a few times, at first move.
