nothing says you lose him, i think its like a first time reward, like first time top up free rangiku

What you get is in the Agent Welfare if you click it, as well as the rewards above, and im guessing topup reward is glitchy.

Could you retry again tomorrow and send me a PM on here (forums) to confirm?  Or anyone else confirm for that matter.  When I did Direct Start it charged me coupons to do it even though the description says it is "free"

10% XP bonus (verified on Treasure/Challenge Tower matches)
2 Free Gold Bond trainings
Lucky Cat Coodldown Timer removed
Black Market - Mystic Shop permanently available
1 Click "Mop Up" Conquest of Might


Things I know that aren't working or working properly:

Extra chances for Alliance Blood Battle
Free Instant Completes of Daily tasks (still costs 10 coupons, just doesn't show the confirmation to spend dialogue box currently)
2 Free extra mod chances seems to be bugged, it does show I have 2 additional free chances, but I can't seem to spend them
2 free Hogyoku's seems to be bugged for me, but someone else claiming it works

I will edit this post further as I verify more bonuses and/or discover new bugs/glitches.

Guys it's just like the Kaguya Power or whatever in Unlimited Ninja. You pay every 30 days or 60 days and you get the bonuses. That's what it looks like to me anyway.
