Evolution increases his physical damage, while modify increases his kido...

Mop Effect (auto Clear or one click clear) for Conquest of might is actived if you buy /active Shinigami Agent or can get chances daily without it?

I think he's still open to changes and fixes. Very soon after he was "announced" they changed some of his mods I think so there's still hope.

Now if only they change Nimaiya to an assaulter...

evo is not only for atk. check it on a totality basis. anyone has his final evo stats?

Well I should rephrase lol I meant if it would make sense trying to evo him now? Cause obviously there are some fixes needed to be implemented
