i cant play

i play this  game on Facebook and now when I go to the icon it won't even show me the loading screen what's going on?

1- clear you cookies, caches, browsing history
2- make sure your internet is not the problem by going to Youtube and seeing how long the video takes to start
3- try using a different browser
4- make sure to turn off any VPN softwares if you have one
5- try turning off your anti-Virus protection on Minimize the protection level
that's all i have in mind right now, hope it helps
