Resurreccion Ulquiorra usability for vip4

How good he is in pvp and daily events for vip4? Just today I got Zangetsu from ubp and heavy hitting assaulter would work really good with it, but is ulquiorra good enough? I am far from geting upgraded form of him, but can he stand vs csb Kuchiki in pvp?
Pleas explane your choice
P.S If I won't get hakitei, I would get shura kenpachi for pve events to get more silver and exp.

In terms of endgame I would get CSB Ken and Noza, although he requires VIP 5.
If you can't get VIP5 get Ulq for PVP and replace him later on for Haku.

CSB Ken is a must for PVE so get him ASAP.

So first get ulquiorra(won't get vip5, at leas I think so) and shura kenpachi, later I can get hakutei to change ulquiorra right?

CSB byak > uliq for pvp hands down sadly.
I'd take ulqi over s.ken unless your skilling left and right, people highly underestimate that burn damage even though yes, ken hits hard as all hell.

I could go with ulquiorra and 2-2-1 formation now and when I will get haku, I will go with 1-3-1(zangetsu is the best zanpakuto for that formation, tensa doesn't count).
Of course when I will be near to haku, I will save a lot of extra streangt stones for him. I would go for 1-3-1 now, but not sure who to use in it.
