Go to court against a multi-regional company which is based in china, well all they gonna say "We were not aware of the issue we will send appropriate compensation to the players of those servers and fix them imminently.", all you will lose is money, so don't bother, this is my honest opinion. If its about topping up, again there is no policy for re-fund, you want money back you need a lawyer and be prepared for a ban. Further if you believe there are laws against this, then you are wrong if you believe you are not feel free to give me some examples, no law states that a game can't have bugs, and you can't place charges on them if they pretend they weren't aware of the bugs. The only law's thing you could go about is the inadequate support, this would be the only thing they won't be able to neglect. |
