Go to court against a multi-regional company which is based in china, well all they gonna say "We were not aware of the issue we will send appropriate compensation to the players of those servers and fix them imminently.", all you will lose is money, so don't bother, this is my honest opinion. If its about topping up, again there is no policy for re-fund, you want money back you need a lawyer and be prepared for a ban. Further if you believe there are laws against this, then you are wrong if you believe you are not feel free to give me some examples, no law states that a game can't have bugs, and you can't place charges on them if they pretend they weren't aware of the bugs. The only law's thing you could go about is the inadequate support, this would be the only thing they won't be able to neglect.

If you believe that i can't make million of them then you are wrong...
Clan Violation of basic right as per been part of the Gogamers community and also any which business or venture imvested in might capital as per business law have terms and conditions and such an investment can not be cut off or put to waste without adequate notification and  compensation wat so ever...
then again, i am entitled to derive as much satisfaction as i deem fit from it since it a public engagement and restriction my right after which i have paid to be liable against liability gives me right to sue for restricting me from my fundamental right to: Freedom of association, Own of property(server account/even after top-up), unruly exemption from participation in term of the business entity which by right am a shareholder in, since by top-uping up am contribution to it overall capital ad revenue in other words am an investor so i have over SIX reason to sue and get adequate compensation.
The only problem if which court to sue as per in which country would that be viable.
i know in china such an issue have been drafted before but per one DM online gaming company but not sure which i may have to do some research about that....
