As I said, all they will do is "We weren't aware of the problem". Although everything else you said seems accurate. Now If you expect million of them..well I don't think the company even has a million. Further, in court you need proof of everything, if you are really thinking about making a court case you will need to provide a proof for how long the servers were off, that they were off for other people and also that the support was aware of the problem and they chose to neglect it. After presenting all this in court and sorting things out like getting in touch with company and probably spending around 1k$ on lawyers, you might be able to win the case. Just make sure you read all the policies and terms, to which you have agreed to make sure you don't look like a fool in court, and possibly you might have something that GG neglects again. Anyway, good luck, if you win feel free to make a thread here, telling us.

you know we are customers, and product we spend money are this game
EUROPEAN CONSUMER CENTRE- this institution helps, maby not about this problem but, you dont need to spend money on lawyers
you dont need go to court, you may call and have advice about what you can do
In my case i wait about 30 day's to have money back, even supp write me they fidn error and i will send money back to my bank acc in 7 to 15 day's
why do you think about that?

Wasn't aware about that, but the person above me clearly stated that he "Wants to sue the company and go to court". Meaning that he will have to go through procedures of lawyers, and he has not mentioned anything about going through it at "European consumer center". Further, they guy posting this thread has a problem with game servers, not money if i'm correct. Meaning he is not a consumer but a user, unless he spent money here than he might be able to go through "European consumer center".
Also off-topic question, are you Polish by any chance?

and in sec ago lawyer call to me, i know i dont have chance for help from EUROPEAN CONSUMER CENTRE
becouse they are from China so i think i lost 8000gold top up
only option is personal lawyer, but this is to much for me...

And well, 8k ain't that much, it is for me as I'm 16 but well. If you have a job and work well for yourself than its not end of the world. Not to mention personal lawyer would be more expensive than the compensation would be worth, I think. But yeah supp spam would be the only other option you have mate. Good luck to you mate.

Ja mieszkam w angli, I nie jest tragiczny w pisowni. Potrafie cie zrozumiec I masz odpowiednia struktore zdan. I kurwa, na polskie to duza sumaXD. I tak powodzenia, prawnik zawsze zostaje ale za prawnika tez trzeba z 1k zl.

I've been living in England for the past years so I'm more than fluent in English. But you are the first or second person I've seen using correct sentence structure, and I wasn't sure you were Polish because of it. With other it seem's a fair bit easier, as you can tell just by looking at their spelling/sentence structure.
But your bloody name is a dead give away mate .
