So I kept trying to figure out where you were pulling that 320% hit rate number out of, and I still can't figure out how you can even come close to that number. His 3 mods give a total of 60%, if you add that to the 90% max that you can get out of stones + talent that's only 150%. I know he doesn't get any dodge from bond, and while I'm unaware of how much dodge he gets from evo I'm sure it's no more than the 16% toshiro gets at max evo, which is by far the most of any of the partners I own. Even if for some strange reason you are counting in the 30% that he gets AFTER using his skill once, which doesn't matter much since he's slow and is gonna get hit long before he uses his skill, that still only adds up to 296% hit rate necessary to hit him 100% of the time. Look if you're gonna sit here and laud Ryuken while insulting people for disagreeing with you then at least get your numbers straight.

No he switches to vanguard after killing off the assaulters, just like every other partner in existence that attacks one of the 2 rows aside from vanguard with their skill. If that row is dead then the move to attacking the vanguard. Yes he's probably better than people give him credit for but that's because there's so many other partners that are identical in price but do so much more than he does. Also you mentioned that he'd be good paired with Isshin, honestly he'd go best paired with only your main using the combo skill. Since isshit doesn't give 100% combo any more it's just better to guarantee that combo hit if you were to use him

My numbers are straight, you know, because I can do simple math.

60% ( Mods ) + 30% ( Talent ) + 90% Stones + 30% skill = 220% dodge = 320% Hit rate to hit 100% of the time.

That is without evo. Even ignoring the skill part ( Despite me clearly saying, for the second time now, to add layers like Kirio ), that's 290% hit rate. If you think everyone's running around with that high of a hit rate you are sadly mistaken.

I've seen battle reports.  He went for the supports with a vanguard there.

If that's true then send me one. And don't give me one from a chinese server, it needs to be our version of the game. Their version has lots of stuff that's different.
