He's getting komamura at 70, he is going to try to get soph rangiku(he likes her bcs i have her, and i can't she's bad, she's one of the best one's under the price of 10k     )
As soon as the 50% rebate comes back, he is going to top up 8k gold to get ryuken, this would increase b renji's crit even more

EDIT: He is getting Oetsu this month (Original plan was to get Ryuken 4 more PVE dmg and the dodge is OP in the lower lvls (Higher lvls as well, but right now where he is, stronger than ever xD  )  )Edit 2: He says he is getting Sophisticated Rangiku + Oetsu at the same time. (Other option was Oetsu + Muramasa, but no strong VG)

He is getting Oetsu or Hikifune too later

ideally, a better vanguard, even saijin, and oetsu(to tae down his ichibe and hit all enemy partners) would be best bet. other than that, ust an overall increase in stone levels and infusion would help too

tell your friend to start upgrading his zan unless he's getting a new one.

hikifune is great for pvp, but only is truly efective if you willing to spend a TON on agi stones

The problem is your friend is using kazeshini against someone who has muramasa. Need a better zanpakuto for supporters. Also like other people have suggested nimaiya would help a lot. But again only if you have the zanpakuto to help him out.

Only a very small amount. He can always switch to kaze during PvE to get that extra little bit of damage. Muramasa's a way better zanpakuto all around though

He has upgraded his zabimaru, since he got reiatsu 35 at lvl 61 bcs of b renji xD
He gets more silver per day than i do in lvl 100, LOOOOOOL
