Quick question about recruitment

If we dismissed Iziru and Ganju are we just screwed?  I didnt realize there were things to be claimed for having them until now, should I just restart on another server?

They have 2 gifts for them and the stuff in them would make the difference between me being in the top 10 and not in it.  I don't have money to put into this so every thing that can be given matters
