You'll have to replace Rukia sooner or later by Kisuke. So yeah Kisuke

Rukia, Kisuke, Renji, Main & Ikkaku, 2 fury boosters means Ikkaku skills every round

obtain Ukitake later for when Rukia is being deemed as useless for you ^^
