Love Byakuya... but come on, zaraki ain't even bankai yet(Or at least I'm not aware of it.) and he is considered the strongest shinigami.

this is not even a question. zaraki was considered and given the title of kenpachi even before  ( manga spoilers) the fight with unohana which helped him to tap into his sleeping potential or power. Imagine now what kind of a monster he actually is.
