but if you like 1-1-3 formation with Hyo go for Hikifune, Oetsu, Kirinji this will be speed booster

don't get TSI if you're gonna keep using hyorin ... TSI is an offensive vanguard and he'll work better with senbon or tensa
if you can't afford both get B.renji and keeo S.rangiku and replace her with Noza when your level is high enough

No you got me wrong xD i meant that his vanguard doesn't matter if he was going B.Rukia so he should get Someone else, just like you said hiki, Oetsu, Shinigame kensei would be better since he already has a good vanguard that he can replace with Noza, so if he got Hiki he wouldn't have to go for Ultima and work on Noza instead

Noza is monster on Hyo, but in his formation 1-1-3 Ichibe will be epic no one will kill supp only faster enemy with 1 shot team

Well his support is weak and unbalanced at all, Kisuke for T1, Kirinji is the fastest and he is RNG and shini Urhara attacks support, and he did say that most of people ahead of him have Pure T1 so His support will be 1 shot b4 ichibe gets to use his skill, Even if he had T1 on all partners and his partnes were all faster than Op yama then unless kirinji Chaos yama he will still lose, see what i mean ? he either needs Hiki or shinigame kensei, he needs a power house that can 1 shot enemy ... not to mention that he has no way to stun, fury deduct, chaos, silence etc.. enemy assaulter line so Anyone with a decent damage with Pure T1 can beat his 3 support and possibly main at round 1 ..
So, He doesn't need a vanguard.
but then again that's just me and i might be mistaken.
