Yes, it can and for the most part is. Spending that much gold on a vanguard at this point isn't a great idea.

Well, as i said, what else should i spend it on?
If i get Oetsu, Hiki, B Renji and D ichigo/TS ichigo, i would get a lot of stones and hogu's from events, so basically, the partners are the bonus, i am  buying hogu's and stones for the gold xD
So suggest a full formation i should go for? <3

Bankai rukia would not negate a VG with immune to stun and since the mutilate is random, there is only a 1 in 5 chance of the VG getting the mutilate

i dont think immune to stun works against mutilate i could be wrong tho

You might wanna go read up Bankai Rukia's skill again:p

It seems her creation is for the sole purpose to destroy vg like TSI judging from her skills

Hakka no Togame        attack all enemies, growth rate is 200%, decrease all enemies recovery rate by 100% for 2 rounds, cast mutilate and stun on enemy vanguard for 3 rounds, decrease enemy vanguard hp by 30% at the beginning of each round

rukia cast mutilate , as well , and yeah vanguard are not that important now , like i said , wait for a better van or just f*** it and get yhwach and renji and hiki and oetsu lol

40k +8k+8k+6k = 62k XD pretty good , yhwach gonna be 40k on christamas or new year i bet

mutilate is a DOT , those who are immune to stun dun get stunned but get mutilate which is DOT of max HP , there is no immune to dot , though , you can heal like 50% and get mutilate 30% then you will heal 20% overall
