I use Roaring flames in PVP. Then I use Conflagration in PvE, for spirits and for ryoka.

Well now I use Skill 9 for the 15% boost.

seeing as your using the names of the Ghost Blade skills (Spirit and Kido uses different names) the best skills are Incinerate (unless you have Renji) for PVE and Destroy the World for PVP

I think he was meaning to ask specifically for his character.

but as said above by other people it depends on what you want it for. and later on in the game for example PVP you will need to change it between fights so you have an edge.
