id argue that if you have a team setup in a certain way, skill 8 may be better.  and when I say certain way, similar to how i have it built up.  I control my teams speed and put shinigami kensei as faster then my main, so when my main gives extra combo round, it would go back to kensei, who always skills.  This works with any partner that recovers full fury every time, plus lets you have the team member skill 2 times in any round where your main skills.  As it stands, 8 gets me the most dmg

Depends on the situation before you get 10th skill...once you have it you always use it except for ...
