What Should i top up for?

I would like to know wich upgrades should i make on my formation, i'm currently VIP6 and probably will go up since i'm buying shinso gin perma, for the moment i don't have much money to spend and i'm topping up 20€ every week, some times i can afford 50€. I'm on first place on my server, and i'm on 14th place on CBS, it has been hard to climb on CBS since everyone has TSI, Mugetsu, Ichibe, Oetsu, White Ichigo, Bankai Rukia, Shini Kensei, Breserk Renji and so on... I'm using atm Sophisticated Rangiku, Main (Ghost Blade), Hirako Shinji, Kirinji and Shinso Gin has my formation and Kazeshini (22lvl strg, 23lvl wisdm, 30lvl agi), and my reiatsu is level 45, my main level is 91, i have 3 Relampago equips infused ( i don't intend to change till level 110) and i'm forging 2 level 90 armours.

I would like to upgrade my zampaktou but i think i will be able to get tensa in time, with the gold i recive from the 20€/50€ weeklly, after re-hire gin, so no rush on the zampaktou. My biggest problem is the assaulter i should pick, cause i really like Shini Kensey, since he can disarm and silence, but i also aprove Yamma, still this one lacks on CC. For supports i think Kirinji would be the partner i would eventually change, for something like Hikifune, Oetsu or Bankai Rukia. For VG i don't know whos best, i think i have one pretty good, and the only swaps that should be worth are Ichibe or TSI.

I would like to have an opinion about this and what else should be made, also i can't have any 100%Fury start up partner cause i only have 2 Basic, 2 Primary and 1 Intermidiate Fury stone.

PS: About PVE i'm using 2-3-0, and they are, Grimjow SWP (not yet pantera evolution), Kempachi (Tavern), Main with the skill that gives Dps to assaulters, Shinso Gin and Kirinji, and i allways swap to Zabimaru Zampaktou, i would also like to have and input on this formation to PVE.

Your tenjiro should be stronger then that. Other then that, try to save for another assaulter. Shinji is great and all, but there are many better for him, for an average price.
