renji has the power of 2 captains now. nemu is upgrading herself everyfucking day, which means she'll become powerful than mayuri (if you remember left hand king said "you let your lieutenant fight for you") nanao-chan had her own zanpakuto and did the fight instead of her captain shinsui.

in quincy fights, lieutenants do more damage then their captains until now.

Are they stronger? No. Byakuya is far more op than any other captain right now,we just weren't able to see it yet. And guess what? Ichigo,Renji,Byakuya and Rukia took a special training from Zero Division,so they must be strong,you know.
Let's come to the fights,Nemu is Mayuri's creation and about "upgrading", Kurotsuchi doesn't do it? Lmao.Kurotsuchi is too intelligent (don't count Aizen),he'll find something
Lille was a god there,so Shunsui couldn't damage it. Nanao's asspull story of Zanpaktou helped because it has the ability to reflect,so nobody could beat that guy except Nanao. And if Lille didn't use an all-in attack,he would survive the damage,but yet,it was his strongest power,so no chance.And about the bullshits, I still don't understand what Ganju,Chad and Orihime doing in the series. They are just so underpowered if Yhwach blinks his eye,these weaklings gonna die lol

Sado is originally a hollow if I'm not mistaken. and hollows are the natural opponentsof quincy. IF sado has some kind of hollowfication, GGWP for at least one of the strong quincy. you may be right about inoue and ganju, since inoue has a great ability, I dont think she'll do much in fight. she's the op healer.

GANJU USES SENPEN BANKA, 1 hit to all quincy, lol
