Question: Accessories and contract

Hi all, just basic questions i can't figure out. How do u make/get accesories for your characters? (necklace etc). Also, i obtained "contracts" from getting 150 points on the daily tasks. What exactly are these contracts used for and how do u use them? i thought they'd be used in the Tavern to recruit partners, but doesnt seem to be the case

At Allianz War you can exchange your Comrade Contract for some Chars. And from Allianz Campaign you can gain these Asscesories too.
