Game Wont start

My games wont start it has a error "The Operetion timed out" can anyone help me??:/ i really need get back to the game ASAP

It's a computer side problem. Clear your internet cache (chances are you did it wrong), make sure browser is updated, or try another browser, like Chrome, Firefox, IE , ect...one of them will work. Also, make sure your flash player is updated. This is computer side, so either a setting, firewall, browser issue, router issue ect.
Also the support staff does not work on the weekends, so it's hard to get an answer from them Sat/Sun, and also they are from China, so the time differential is huge to NA/EU players.

It doesnt work in US servers only and I do it already IE and firefox still got the error -.- there are other case like this bfore right?what happened to them??

I don't know, other than it's usually a computer user side issue, one of those things I said usually fix it, if it don't, I got no clue
