got the same issue eu s255 first week after star  i played since first day and made it to nr1 (obviously) toped750+. Got full lineup 3sss since lvl1 . Today i see some dude below me in n2 place got dark rukia shinigami yoru. and hyorinmaru.  WTF there was no event for those only shini yoru but in 1 week he could not have gotten 10k vit and even leveled to my level what i can say Let those MF cheat as they want hes still liking my shoes last veek event was the best !!! Got white ichi, shuhey, kirio, and agent .
