hes not bad at all  i use 11 and 10 lvl str stones  hes bond are not even half  +plus with zangestu     .i can imagine him with a better zanpakuto and nice stones and full bonds   he might touch 1b psy att

needs more speed...   and i guess his def natually sucks hard, as it's so low with all that power...

in term damage shuhei is better belive me   but mugestus  skill is much better  but who needs the skill if they attack both the team is already dead so the skill cant even activate when mu shuhei att the fight is over the 730k psy att and 255% damage rate

after a point, damage rate means less and less, plus his speed is his weak spot...  IMO, give him a full set of blaze gear (that looks like what they strong stuff you have on him is) to get that agi bonus to get his hard ass attack swinging faster in combat!!
