I honestly could replace Oetsu with Ryuuken right now and get the same effect. He is a good VG killer.

Not very keen on replacing a 6k character with a 12k character + 3 mods worth of gold though. Rather work twoards Oetsu 6th mod, or Senjumaru 6th mod.

I don't know of many VG that are hit stacked. You will never block him. He will always crit a VG. He heals. So yeah, he is a pretty good VG killer. :-P
