You're being an idiot.
We've told you multiple times dodge isn't viable because many, MANY people can easily get enough hit to hit you at your max dodge.
It's a garbage strategy that only works on a few garbage players.
If this is your way of trolling it's not all that great, you might wanna consider trying another forum.

3 level 11 stones and 3 level 10's. It really wasn't hard to do lol. I already had them from beating aizen, just had them all spread out across everyone so I don't take up much space to get everyone to 200% hit

That is one partner with high enough hit rate. If the others have 190%, they aren't touching Ryuuken.

Ideally you probably want Hiki in your Ryuuken team anyway. So that whole, outspeed Ryuuken thing doesn't really hold much merit.

That being said, if you are using Hiki, it probably doesn't matter what assaulter you use. I have switched from Yama, to Kensei, to random assaulters and had basically the same results.

As we discussed previously, specifically with NNatsu who has a hatred for all things Ryuuken, I think he is a good partner that people should keep in mind for the future. All these good Halo's coming out and partners with premium level debuffs, he could very well jump up. He is also a very, very good vanguard buster, which could easily take the place of Oetsu in my formation, using Oetsu specifically as a VG Killer.

At his current price, however, I would not recommend purchasing him. The only point at which I would ever recommend someone getting Ryuuken now, would be VIA Pyramid with a 20k top up, so you can pick him up for "free", and even then, it is only if there were good enough additional rebates.
