im thinking of buying ryuken ishida

im not sure many people have enough hitrate unless they are level 110+, to hit ryuken so idk if hes tht bad

You know you could just look at his mods right? Ishida gets 10%, 20%, and 30%. B Renji gets 10%, and 20%.

He's just not worth his price at all.
If you want to spend 12k on an extremely reliable partner that will help you out for probably the rest of the game by an extreme amount spend that 12k on Berserk Renji instead.
Ryuuken is a gimmicky partner that isn't hard to beat by anyone decent.

you said he can surpass the 90% dodge, it doesnt say that in the mods, so im asking which specific one is it?

It's very easy to get over 200% hit lol, even for people under 110.
Dodge just isn't viable competitively.

Okay I'll try spelling it out this way. If you have all 3 of ishida's mods and 90% worth of stones then you'll have an ishida with 150% dodge rate. If you have a B renji with both of his mods and 90% worth of stones, you'll have a B Renji with 120% crit rate
