Hi all
How do I beat dodge ?
I`m pretty new to the game and currently in the middle of lvl 30 I seem to be having problem with the dodge skill in my enemy`s tank (it seems pretty OP), I tried to increase speed on my boots but it doesn`t seem to have much effect.
I read online that the way to go is increase Hit Rate but there`s doesn't seem to be a direct way to increase Hit Rate?
So what to do ?
