Yeah, he had a horrible growth rate but his speed was fucking absurd.
About a year later they were releasing partners faster than him for $50.
The guy quit playing lmfao.

Hope the 50% dmg buff stacks with hiki & zangetsu'S buff.

It can't stack with both... Hiki is ATK, Zangetsu is DMG rate.

To be honest, I find it idiotic to make a Support Char out of her...ofc one CAN run 1-1-3, with her, hiki and Oetsu and throw away Tenjiro, but your damage output in Events would be WAY from Kensei+Brenji+Main.

why would anyone run a 1-1-3 for events. Hell, why would anyone run a 1-2-2 for events? Aside from very very late waves in ryoka there is absolutely no reason whatsoever to run a vanguard in events. Also why would someone use oetsu in events? He's not a PvE partner. Now, a good idea would be to run a 0-2-3 using hiki, senjumaru, KenpUno, and B renji. Assuming of course that senjumaru's skill is what's been stated here.
