We have a few people on CN servers running around, I don't know if they'll tell you how they managed though.
From what I remembered when I tried you needed a bunch of information to sign up which I didn't have since
I don't live there.

You have to have a Chinese I.D. number and phone number if I recall correctly. Also I seem to recall that you have to enter things in Chinese characters so have fun stealing someone's Identity plus getting google translate to properly change what you type into Chinese.

for  registration there you need chinese phone number (for verification code)
but almost one year ago registration on any chinese server was available for everyone

now this need chinese id part, its an underage gaming addiction prevention system all games are required to have by law, it doesnt even need a real chinese id, just as long as the id part follows a pattern depending on region, age etc
Name (could be random, not 100% sure if it has to be typed in chinese, but prob is, the example they gave 张三 , you can just copy paste that)
