Lets say I buy Senju for gold, isn't it better in terms of getting mods to buy her instantly for 20k?
That should get you her + a 1000 mod frags vs: the red free sled rides.

I messed up 1 day because I didn't know what I was doing so:
event lasts 4 more days
5000x4=20000 points for 8000 gold

so at this point its either a 20k partner + mods vs an 8k partner without mods, right? Getting the same amount of mods would get pretty expensive even though the sides are good.

Imma repost this cause I got no answer before.  If anyone is willing to help me I'd appreciate it.

Currently I'm using: Toshiro VG - Main (Kido) - Hiki(T1), Kisuke, Kirinji with Hyorinmaru (would have gotten Muramasa this UBP if I could)
I'm rank 2 in arena but only win due to Hiki and sometimes thanks to Kirinji's chaos. Level 108 - VIP 8. Rank 1 is lvl 135 - VIP 10.
If I raise my Hiki's speed more I might be able to get rank 1 but I'm lacking a lot in damage.

I also have: C. Orihime, Shini Yoru and Shin Ulq. (plus others from tavern)

What would you recommend I get? Keep in mind I have two sets of strength stones since I recently changed to 3 supps. I was also going for Shura Ken and have 2305 challenge stones.

I was thinking B. Renji to boost my PVE or Oetsu (replacing Kirinji going last) because I like him and due to accel. event I can modify fast and boost Hiki even more.

Senjumaru would also be interesting but I'm not sure if she'd be worth 20k.

Any ideas are welcome
Note that I can top up 8k, maaaybe 12k.

to buy him straight up, well I don't know much about the other events going on, i don't even know about the christmas events

but it would cost (only including 60% rebate) at minimum price 14k gold ($300 top up and $50 top up to get 14k, actual price is like 13k something idfk)

ofc as shown in these comments, the christmas events make it cheaper, but i guess that's the max price you would pay when combining the christmas events

atm you can get b renji for 8k gold from xmas event sending sledge
one click red (1k gold) > send for free
twice thats 2k pts from spending gold, 3k pts from sledge arriving
so thats 5k pts a day
4 days for 20k pts, which is the price of b renji

BUT i dont recommend getting someone just for pve only using gold, the gold itself is worth far more than w/e increase you get in pve

I would also get the rewards from the sleds and the the 4k top-ups though. So you would say that I should keep the gold or not top up at all?
