There's something that caught my attention and maybe nobody has commented.  What about the tier 11 hogus.  Those are good and cost 6k points about 2500 gold with red sleds, more or less.  

But what about the gold sleds.  How much xmas cards do those give?

I just noticed another thing, maybe some did maybe others didn't. The low spending people that is, you need 6k points for a tier 11 hogu, people could've spent like 3000 gold for a tier 11 hogu, which is very cheap.  Though I think you already broke it down in your explanation.  1000 gold to reach red + red sled = 2500 points.  2500 X 3 eqials 7500 points. more than enough to buy a tier 11 hogu and other goodies.  And if you want 2 tier 11 hogus.  2500X5 equals 12500 points, which is 5000 gold spent, which really is not a bad deal.

Soo... the cost of sending sledges off, depends on the color of the sledge.. when I refresh it to like purple or yellow the pricce of sending off the convoy increases..
Yellow sledges = 1000 gold to send off..
