In Zanpaktuo fortify meni, you have some effects from youre zanpaktuo and parters. Its like for Zangetsu, You have H Ichigo and Kurosaki Ichigo (Phase 1 effect) ets. Does that partners needs to be in formation so the zan give us buffs for them, or just to have them (dont need to be in formation)? Thanks in advance
The phase effect straight on EFFECTS only the partners in phase effect list, like zangetsu at lvl 10 will boost only Ichigos, nothing more, so if you have those ichigos in your comp and you have lvl 10 fortification in all 3 you'll get phase effect for those partners only, and if they aren't in your comp you get nothing related to phase effects.
