Then i will stop an upgrade every other thing to level 10.
Afterwards  will continue with speed till level 50.

I was in CN earlier and i saw a lvl 159 with if am correct level 87 hogyoku. attack and speed am not sure.
But it was pretty high. I didnt have time to get that photo before he went afk but i got this.

He has all the HME Partner.
Has all but Aizen in CSB.

He is level 159.He stats are looking pretty average not much hype but  BWG...
I think he will screw you! lmao.

yeah it's Bisu I believe, im pretty sure their caps are broke for most parts, like their level cap is 159, whilst ours is 150 etc. so im guessing their max for Hogyoku-kai is like 100 lol
