From what i saw on his Oetsu, you almost have as much damage as him, your B.renji can 1 shot his oetsu after hiki skills and probably another partner of his
and since you attack first Hiki will reduces his fury so any T1 will be gone, i think you have quite a decent chance on him

SKill work no matter the invincibility...
SO with an overfuried T1 Ultimate Aizen the assaulter BWG Assaulter does not attack...
so well it can be a 50/50 depending on formation.
