What about bonds?  I believe isshin or some partner, assaulter I think, can't quite remember but an assaulter has some bond, where he/she has like 0.4% chance to silent assaulter when attacking, something like that, gotta check into it, but it has a chince to silent enemy.  Will this enchant increase it if this bond is activated?

I do not know that, and i don't think anyone knows for sure but I can only guess and i think it's a No because in bond it is counted as a passive skill so the enchant won't improve the passive skill
but then again i'm just guessing, never tested it before nor i will
