The right way to ask for help is kindly and if someone's answer doesn't match your question then you should provide better information.

The wrong way to ask for help is give as little information as possible and then be a prick to the people trying to help when they make assumptions trying to fill in the information you so ignorantly left out.

Also, I'd help by telling you exactly what's going on and how to deal with the issue since I've run into it before. But you chose option number 2 when asking for help so instead of an answer, enjoy this gif:

If you looked good enough to his screenshot you see a button Purchase
If he didn't register, the button should have been "Start Registration"
Therefore....he registered.

Now I should be able to purchase, but I get the same error.

You can't register after the registration timer is done. So the button would't be "Start registration". But I'll check for you sake when the registration time is up on my server.

Why purchase if don't have gold? Well a lot of people think you can get things with coupons although it states gold.

And GG has more bugs than you expect. And because this guy didn't provide much information, I'm not gonna assume he has everything. That the way you figure out a problem. If you just assume he has everything and done everything then everything is a bug. And that isn't the case...

But hey, good try.

Okay. You're right about that purchase and registration thingy. My CD-time for registration is up ( 20.00 bleach time can purchase )

Now my counter argument, cause hey....this is my first time doing this group purchase and it also doesn't work on my account.




As you can see I have the required amount of gold and the pop-up states it costs 300 gold.
If I don't have the required amount of gold I get this pop-up, cause hey, they ask me to top-up. States that it costs gold and not coupons, even when I have enough coupons, but you couldn't know that, cause he didn't gave any good info.



Those 2 were registered. Now 1 that I made fast before cd time was over and did not register for this group purchase....



And hey, look at that....no purchase button. Now again.
He had purchase button. If you knew all this, you would have known he registered.

The error you see in his screenshot is also the error I get when I try to buy it with my first screenshot account.

You were right to ask questions and don't assume he has everything, cause TS didn't gave enough info about his account etc and was being an ass for assuming you thought he was crazy or stupid.
Kosmo was right to point that out.
No hard feelings tho.

Just some info from this side. Now we know more, but the bug is still there.

I don't know much about the event because...well i believe it isn't too worth it.  But never said that I did, I asked questions and gave suggestions on things that might have potentially caused the problem. I had to ask if he registered even if the screen shot suggested he did, because bugs do happen and the button might have been available despite him not registering, the amount of people that don't read the event description or misunderstand them is high, this is why I asked questions which could be regarded as need less. It all part of process to figure out what is the problem Then you came out of nowhere and tried to make me sound wrong, I'm still unsure what was your intention there but I simply don't care. I do troll, but when someone assumes I was trolling with out any reason, I feel offended.
