Level 15,40, 70 and 100 increases the growthrate of the partner and if i read it correctly lvl 70 true shikai ichigo recover's 100 fury after skill xD

not sure how you lvl them up since my char is to low to check the new system out

Good god, if my ts ichi recovered 100 fury every turn I'd have a reason to use him again lol
