Yeah it's been going on over there for a while now. I know I saw a BR from at least a month ago where their speed buff stacked.

I'd like to know this too lol. I think on UN reincarnation unlocks at like 150. That would suck for most of us XD

it's 120 on UN i think, and sth like potency lvl 100 ... on lvl 150 you unlock the 2nd reincarnation
