To me, the only reason for Oetsu was always the 10% speed halo to all allies. If you really wanted a heavy hitter, you could have easily picked someone else. So, this doesn't really change my perspective on his usefulness. In fact, that might even be better. He was never going to be the fastest, but he can make the fastest faster.

In my battles, whoever goes first is the deciding move, so the second person is really the finisher most of the time.

haha Oh well. I haven't ran into hikifune speed issues since only my students and ameilane are HUGE spenders. Ill take my rank 3 and perhaps get 130 gear since i dont have 120 lol

So as the person that was more or less the current reigning Nimaiya user I guess I'll throw my 2 cents out there. I'm happy. I'm happy this got fixed. Now I can focus on getting my senjumaru all decked out and make her the fastest she can be. I already have Oetsu's 6th mod, so he still does the job he's supposed to. But now he can do even more damage. I'm suddenly at 570k attack. That's 70k more attack than I thought I'd have any time soon lol.

Only thing I have to complain about it is they didn't fix senjumaru's skill as well. She's supposed to give damage and combo to the entire team, not just supporters. Hopefully that fix will be incoming sometime soon.

Well, given that Senjumaru's mistake is a mistranslation from the Chinese, I have doubts they will do anything with it. I feel that would be way too OP. xD She's already going to be way OP with what's coming.

Are we sure it's a mistranslation? Because the CN version of it also reads something along the lines of "entire army" for the buff.
