Need Some Advice

Heya guys. I'm currently level 67 and I would like to inquire some advice on how should I set my team up from level 70 onward. My current PvE lineup is Kirinji, Rukia, Shin Renji, Renji and Partner. On the other hand, I've been using Kirinji, Orihime, Shin Renji, Partner and Sado for PvP purposes.

I'm thinking of getting Komamura and Yoruichi from level 70's tavern. Any ideas on room of improvement for team formation in both PvE and PvP? I'm VIP4 btw. I might be able to spend some gold on premium partner, maybe 1 or 2, so, any suggestion and ideas would be appreciated.

ikkaku and when urahara for gold tavern partners by far. but keep in mind that untill ikkaku is fully moddified kenpachi is better. but kenpachi is at lvl 90 and ikkaku and urahara at 80. from the lvl 70 partners they are not the  best pve wise.

And how much will they cost me? Which event is the best for me to get both of them.

Hikifune is best got in Turntable as for Brenji I hear he best got in SA (Seireitai Attack)

In Seireitei Attack? That is the vit event. You can't get any chars in SA, only mod souls, stones and other things.

just going by what I see on here since I wasn't around for the event to be honest
