Getting a Special War Powers Caracther [Copy URL]

Hi everyone,

My question is simple, when I recruit a Special War Powers caracther do I need to recuit him in his unevolved form and then evolve him, or do I just save up and get him in his evolved form or is this not posibble?

You need to recruit base form first, it is not possible to have evolved form directly.
