i have swp aizen and his evo is lvl 10 but he is still suck, his attk sometime lots sometime less to the same enemy why? one more thing is his evo is suck lvl 10 crit only 4.45% question is when he upgrade to ultimate aizen will it increase

the evo should have better over all stats once you upgrade him
your damage is based on if they have higher kido than you etc..
the more kido they have the less kido damage you will do to them and so on

Ultima Aizen quite a strong character so if he's doing garbage damage it's probably because you gave him garbage gear/stones.
That's how these things work.

you see evo is only a little bonus, not something you should depend on so greatly, you shouldn't see it as a HUGE increase in everything, and most partners have like a specific area they upgrade HUGELY in evo, so the other stats can be horrible as an increase ^^

in this case, it's combo rate, being 20% at max from evo alone! that's great ^^ and no the stats don't change when you upgrade him, they all stay the same
