600 is probably the most bang for your buck. Minimum there is 33%, maximum is 133%.

Chances are it will be somewhere towards the minimum most of the time.

basically get katen and use the points on getting :

1/ ichibae ( since katen buffs him)

2/ get hogus lvl 11

3/get tsi since after the new feature he's gonna rock

well i am just saying that based on your opinion , though if i were you i would still get mods , mods are so far so important , but that's just for my case it's up to you
