Thats nothing new honestly In most events where you have certain span of amount of items you can get. Most of a time you get the bottom half. Just look at that spinwheel event where you can get some bonus gold for every 200 top up and for 1k. I have never seen anyone get the maximum amount. Most of a time you get the lowest and sometimes the second lowest.. When you have such a luck that it would be worth it to try lottery you get one of the higher ones
